Every open deal in every pipeline is checked against the same six rules. Closed won and closed lost deals are excluded. Only open pipeline is checked.

CleanPipe requests read-only permissions and holds no write scope. It cannot change, create or delete anything in HubSpot, even if asked to.
The only objects it reads are deals, deal pipelines, deal properties and owners. Nothing else is requested.
Tokens are encrypted at rest, and disconnecting deletes them.
Deal data is never stored. It is read, turned into an email, and discarded.
Every digest carries two links: one stops the emails and leaves CleanPipe connected, one disconnects it entirely and deletes the stored credentials. You can also remove CleanPipe in HubSpot under Settings, Integrations, Connected Apps.

Cancel at any time from the billing link in any CleanPipe email, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops future charges, and CleanPipe keeps running until the end of the period you already paid for.

If CleanPipe did not do what this page says it does, email help@thejaycampbell.com within 30 days of a charge and it is refunded in full. No form and no argument.
