Terms of service

Who you are contracting with
CleanPipe is operated by Jason Campbell, trading as Selling with AI, at the address at the foot of this page. Using CleanPipe means you accept these terms.
What CleanPipe does
CleanPipe reads the deals in the HubSpot account you connect it to, checks them against a set of hygiene rules, and emails you the ones that fail. It requests read-only permissions and holds no write scope, so it cannot create, change or delete anything in your CRM.
Your account and your data
You must have the authority to connect the HubSpot account you install CleanPipe on. Your data stays yours. What is read and what is stored is set out in full on the privacy page, which forms part of these terms.
Trial, pricing and renewal
Every install starts with a 7 day free trial. No card is required to begin it and nothing is charged during it.
After that, CleanPipe costs $49 per month or $490 per year, per connected HubSpot account, in US dollars. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Payment is handled by Stripe; CleanPipe never receives or stores your card details.
Prices may change, but not for you mid-period. Any change takes effect at your next renewal and you will be told before it does.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time from the billing link in any CleanPipe email, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops future charges. CleanPipe continues working until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not prorated.
Refunds
If CleanPipe did not do what the website says it does, email help@thejaycampbell.com within 30 days of a charge and it will be refunded in full. No form and no argument. This is in addition to any rights you have under the law where you live.
Availability
CleanPipe is provided as it is, without a guaranteed uptime commitment. It depends on HubSpot, on an email provider and on hosting infrastructure, and any of those can fail. If a digest does not arrive, the next scheduled run will try again.
CleanPipe reports what it finds in your CRM. It does not verify that your CRM is correct, and it is not a substitute for your own review of your pipeline or your forecast.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, liability for any claim relating to CleanPipe is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or lost deals.
Ending it
You can disconnect at any time using the link in any digest, or by removing the app in HubSpot. Access may be suspended or ended if CleanPipe is used unlawfully, or in a way that damages the service or other customers. If that happens for a reason that is not your fault, any unused portion of what you paid is refunded.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change. Material changes will be sent to the address CleanPipe emails your digests to, before they take effect. Continuing to use CleanPipe after that means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States.
